Submit your 2025 Grant Report

In accordance with our policy, each grant the Catholic Foundation awards requires a follow-up Grant Report to provide information substantiating the use of the grant funds. 2025 Grantees may now access the online Grant Report as soon as they have completed the use of their funding. Please upload all support in PDF format. NOTE: Failure to upload support will generate an error message.

Grant reporting will be due February 13, 2026. Organizations which have not spent their funding by the report deadline are also required submit a grant report detailing how, and when, funding will be utilized. A subsequent grant report may be submitted after the completion of your project.

Organizations must submit a Grant Report to be eligible for the subsequent grant cycle.

General Instructions

Be prepared to attach supporting financial documents for your grant report. These documents should include the program budget and corresponding receipts for expenditures of the funds awarded.

3. Important Reminders

To be eligible for the next grant cycle grant recipients must complete this Grant Report.

If there are any unused grant funds at the end of the grant cycle, whether actual or anticipated, then the Catholic Foundation may: a) require that the funds be returned, b) direct that the funds be spent in a specific way, or c) consider a proposal from the grantee for use of the unspent funds.
