Purpose of Grant: Funds to support W.S.A.T: Western Slope Against Trafficking with expenses related to the training of S.W.A.T. volunteers.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to support the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive, assisting Tom and Louie’s Cupboard to assist over 150 families with food baskets.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to support the SOLT Sisters’ humanitarian and charity ministry in the San Luis Valley, to include visiting the elderly, feeding the hungry and providing winter clothing, shoes and school supplies to children.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to support the Transitional Housing Program for the homeless in western Colorado which provides assistance to adults, as well as programs for families with children, and career development for single mothers.

St. Pius X Parish for the benefit of the Good Shepherd School, Haiti

Purpose of Grant: Funds to provide $50.00 annual tuition fees to help educate children in Haiti in order to break the cycle of poverty and provide better opportunities.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to support the Outreach Team who works in the field with the homeless population to identify candidates for the Home Sweet Home program designed to mentor and prepare the unsheltered on the Western Slope.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to provide direct food assistance and other basic necessities to those served by Los Pobres.

Sangre de Cristo Parish, San Luis

Purpose of Grant: Funds to defray the cost to purchase propane to heat the church and parish office during winter hours.

St. Joseph Parish, Montrose

Purpose of Grant: Funds to purchase supplies for the homebound nursing program which ministers to over 100 homebound and to three retirement/assisted living centers in the San Juan Catholic Community.

Purpose of Grant: Funds to purchase a phone and computer equipment to assist the pro-life center.
